FUN COUNTRY
There's an old sign just down the road from Interlochen. There used to be a water park called "Fun Country" there back in the 90s. For the past 20 years or so, the park has been closed. The sign stood, almost ironically, at the entrance to the leelanau peninsula, where the rich get richer and the poor, well, they stay that way. Yesterday, about 3 days after I finished these ten paintings, someone cut it down.
